Join me in the Lobo Cancer Challenge! We are an incredible community of riders, runners, walkers and virtual challengers who are passionate about fighting cancer.
My team is Anita's Amazons, in memory of my mother who was a Wonder Woman. She fought off colon cancer at the age of 41 but later succumbed to lung cancer at the age of 67. I have lost my mother, both maternal grandparents, two uncles, and a cousin to this terrible disease. I am participating in the Lobo Cancer Challenge in memory of my loved ones and others we have lost or who are still fighting this disease.
Won’t you help me in this fight? Every single dollar helps me towards my fundraising goal, and it stays right here to help people in New Mexico.
ALL of the funds raised by the Challenge — 100% — support cancer patient care, research, community outreach, and education and training at The University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Participants commit to bicycle rides or a 5K run/walk held on September 14, 2019. Cancer affects us all, so we are “all in” to fight cancer together.
I truly appreciate your support!
